ISE is looking to add a sales professional with established success in selling cybersecurity services to Enterprise, mid-market, and small business across various industries to our Sales department. The primary focus for this role is to position and sell application, cloud, IoT testing services, offerings, and capabilities within a defined set of prospects and select existing customer accounts.
What you’ll do at ISE:
Drive new business by generating and qualifying new business prospects.
Be consultative: educate potential clients on security risk, solutions, and services. Listen to and address customers' needs and concerns.
Execute and refine a repeatable process for identifying prospects, outreach, continued follow-up, and lead deal execution.
Research accounts to identify key contacts and provide account intelligence.
Develop ongoing relationships with key decision makers and build contact pipelines.
Grow revenue through increased sales commitments year over year consistently.
Contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
Meet and/or exceed quota established for quarterly and annual goals as an individual and serve as an example for other team members.
Keep up to date on industry trends and provide competitive analysis to optimize strategies for growth.Advise and partner with leadership on sales prospecting strategy and client engagement plans, as well as marketing strategies to target a specific industry or market.
Advise on marketing initiatives to help build the brand.
Act on leads quickly while communicating deadlines and other important information with the ISE team.
What You Bring to the Table:
Ability to independently approach unique challenges and devise solutions.
Enthusiasm and eagerness to break into new accounts in B2B services sales through a variety of cold outreach strategies.
Motivated by collaborating with others, problem solving with team members and clients, and forming strong business relationships.
Understanding of how to turn various inbound lead sources into sales qualified leads.
Leverage onsite events/conferences to build relationships and gather leads.
Must haves:
1-2+ years of relevant experience to B2B outbound sales
Previous experience using CRM software, email systems, prospecting tools, and general business software
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web applications and networks
Nice to haves:
Experience collaborating or advising on marketing initiatives to generate inbound sales leads
Certification or degree in security, IT, security, or related fieldAbility to come to our Baltimore office 1-2x/week to collaborate and hang with the team or reside in the Los Angeles area
Knowledge of information security concepts with a continued willingness to learn and grow
Strong experience selling cybersecurity services in one or more of these industries:

---Manufacturing
Salary:
Base Salary Range of $50K-$90K (according to experience) + uncapped sales commission
